Germany and Austria-- November '94

Our fourth student trip to Germany and Austria was in many ways one of the easiest. Because of airline scheduling difficulties, we actually stayed one day longer than we usually do. As a result, we were able to travel at a little more leisurely pace and to spend a bit more time exploring Salzburg and the surrounding countryside. The group was extremely congenial, flexible, and open to last-minute changes that were sometimes necessary. In Berchtesgaden, the salt mine was closed for repairs, so we took the bus up to the village of Ramsau. In the picture, the group poses on a bridge with the famous Ramsau Church in the background.
